For more than two decades, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings has built its name on pizza, wings and an oven hot enough to make a Florida summer feel mild. Now that 900-degree oven is getting a new job.

Beginning October 5, Anthony’s is rolling out its limited-time Coal-Fired Chicken Menu, four dishes that take Italian-American comfort food and send it through the same blazing coal-fired ovens that define the brand. The lineup features the Tableside Chicken Parm, Chicken Parm Sandwich, Chicken Milanese and Chicken Milanese Sandwich. The centerpiece is the Tableside Chicken Parm, Anthony’s first tableside dining presentation. Hand-breaded chicken arrives over fettuccine, and the finishing touch happens right at your table, with Italian plum tomato sauce, melted mozzarella and fresh basil poured over the crispy chicken. Marissa Miklo, Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Anthony’s, says the goal is to make dining in a moment again. You smell it before you taste it, and that is exactly the point.

Then there is the Chicken Milanese, hand-breaded chicken topped with arugula, roasted red peppers and pickled red onions, finished with Romano, balsamic glaze and a grilled lemon. Squeeze that lemon over the top, because the brightness cuts through the crunch and pulls everything together. The two sandwiches bring the same flavors to homemade focaccia, with the Chicken Parm Sandwich keeping things classic and the Chicken Milanese Sandwich adding fresh mozzarella and garlic Romano. Miklo’s pick for the sleeper hit of the menu is that Milanese sandwich.

This menu comes at a high point for the brand. Anthony’s was just named Best National Pizza Chain in Reviewed’s Readers’ Choice Awards 2026, following its Newsweek Best Pizza Chain win in 2025. Rather than playing it safe, Anthony’s is using that momentum to show guests there is more to the menu than great pizza and wings. It also follows a busy year of new ideas, including the Caesar menu in July and the $5 Coal-Fired Social happy hour.
