$5 rewards expire 30 days from the date they are issued.

Points will be displayed on your check once the check is closed. Coal Fired Rewards members can review points and balances by signing into their account online at https://acfp.com/rewards/.

Please email a copy of your itemized receipt and loyalty phone number to loyalty@acfp.com. Points will be applied for missed visits within 30 days of the initial transaction date.

We may discontinue our Coal Fired Rewards program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we’ll publish a notice on our website and/or email you to let you know. If you do not use your Coal Fired Rewards account to earn or redeem points for 12 consecutive months, or if we believe that you have engaged in a fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these terms and conditions, ACFP reserves the right to terminate your membership in the Coal Fired Rewards program.
