Start off with a classic. We stretch each knot by hand then bake the dough in our coal fired oven. Our garlic knots are topped with fresh garlic and parsley, olive oil and hand-grated Pecorino Romano.

Create Your Own Pizza

Our signature pizzas are cooked in our coal fired oven at 900˚ for an unmistakable flavor and crust like none other—crispy, bubbling, slightly charred around the edges. Every pizza is made to order from scratch with homemade dough and fresh ingredients. Gluten-Free options available.

Topped with fresh mozzarella, our house-made Italian plum tomato sauce, hand-grated Pecorino Romano cheese, fresh basil and olive oil.
