Our Story

We were built on a passion for great pizza & wings. Armed with authentic recipes passed down through generations, our first restaurant opened in 2002. Since then, we’ve expanded to 50 locations in six states.

FRESH & COAL FIRED

Fresh ingredients are at the core of our menu, coal fired flavor is at the heart of who we are. We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste.
