pizza going into the oven

OUR STORY

We were built on a passion for great pizza. Founder Anthony Bruno grew up on Long Island, but he couldn’t find the pizza he knew and loved when he moved to Florida, so he decided to make his own. Armed with authentic recipes passed down through generations, Anthony opened our first restaurant in 2002. Since then, we’ve expanded to 59 locations in eight states.

FRESH & COAL FIRED

Fresh ingredients are at the core of our menu, coal fired flavor is at the heart of who are. We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste.

"Deliciously scorched" thin-crust pies with "high-end toppings" – plus "killer" wings and "awesome" salads for two – have made this Florida-based chain "a hit" with "families"

"We'd argue that Anthony's has the best pizza this side of Italy - the blackened, bubbly crust is so authentic you can taste ancient culinary history in it."
