Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza Debuts a Caesar Menu, and It's Not Your Average Salad
July is named for Julius Caesar, so Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings figured it was only right to dedicate the month to him. The chain has launched a limited-time Caesar menu across all 50 locations in Florida, New York, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, and it goes a lot further than a side salad.
Leading the lineup is the Coal Fired Caesar Pizza. The crust is brushed with garlic oil and layered with mozzarella, then pulled from the 900-degree coal-fired oven and finished with romaine tossed in housemade Caesar dressing, bacon, hand-grated Romano and another drizzle of dressing. It’s $25.99, with coal-fired chicken available as an add-on for $6.99. If you know Anthony’s, you know the coal fire makes the difference, and this one puts that char right underneath a Caesar.
Next up is the Chicken Caesar Sandwich: coal-fired chicken breast, romaine in Caesar dressing and Romano, all loaded onto homemade focaccia. Available in small for $10.99 or large for $14.99, with bacon on the side for $2.99 more. And rounding out the trio is a Classic Caesar Salad with romaine, Romano and focaccia croutons, also $10.99 or $14.99, with chicken or bacon available as add-ons.
PMQ Pizza covered the full launch here. PMQ is the pizza industry’s leading trade publication, so coverage there means the whole industry is watching. The limited-time menu is available now at all locations, so come in while it lasts.
And if the Caesar menu is your introduction to Anthony’s, here’s what you walked into: the two-time national Best Pizza Chain winner, voted by readers of both Reviewed and Newsweek.
