Accessibility Policy

 Florida Coal Fired Pizza LLC (“Anthony’s”) is committed to maintaining accessibility on its Website, Mobile Applications, and other technology platforms for all of its customers. Anthony’s strives to comply with Americans with Disabilities Act Title III (“ADA”) and WCAG 2.0 (Levels A and AA) requirements to improve overall customer experience in a sustainable manner.

Oversight and Governance: Anthony’s works with third-party accessibility consultants to assist Anthony’s and its Information Technology (“IT”) team in remediating and maintaining the accessibility of its Website and Mobile

Applications. The following departments are responsible for execution of the ADA policy as related to their particular area of the business:

  • Anthony’s IT team is responsible for procedures and processes designed to assess, monitor, and maintain the functional accessibility of Anthony’s Website and Mobile Applications.
  • Anthony’s customer support function is responsible for maintaining a customer support email address where customers with disabilities can report accessibility issues or otherwise provide feedback regarding the accessibility of Anthony’s Website and Mobile Applications. Please report any accessibility issues with Anthony’s Website and Mobile Applications to (954) 618-2000 or send an email to IT.Support@acfp.com. Anthony’s will document, consider, and, where appropriate, address accessibility issues submitted through this email address.
  • Anthony’s Legal team is responsible for processing ADA-related complaints and providing guidance to the IT and customer support teams and business when appropriate.

Training: Anthony’s employees, including its IT teams, actively participate in comprehensive onboarding and ongoing trainings to ensure understanding of accessibility and functionality of the Website and Mobile Applications.

Response and Prevention: The Anthony’s team will assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the program on an ongoing basis. The Anthony’s team will also ensure a systematic and sustainable approach is taken in any remediation efforts.
