The pizza version of our Eggplant Marino appetizer inspired by friend and football great, Dan Marino. The pizza is topped with thinly sliced eggplant, layered with our house-made Italian plum tomato sauce and sprinkled with hand-grated Pecorino Romano cheese. Gluten-Free options available.
