FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, the South Florida-based concept that uses authentic coal-burning ovens to create “well done pizza,” serves up its “Italian Tailgate Menu” for big game day viewing parties.  The $13 per person catering menu, featuring a selection of signature Italian specialties, is inspired by the #13 jersey of Hall of Fame quarterback Dan Marino, an Anthony’s partner.

“Italian Tailgate” includes Anthony’s Well Done Traditional or Specialty Pizza; Anthony’s Classic Italian Salad, Large Homemade Meatballs, Coal Oven Roasted Chicken Wings and Pork Spare Ribs with Spicy Vinegar Peppers (minimum order for 10 people; additional a la carte menu available).

To get their tailgate party started, fans can call their nearest Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza or visit www.acfp.com for more information.

“We visited Florida in February 2013 and upon landing in Ft. Lauderdale, we stopped for lunch at Anthony’s Runway 84. During our 9 day stay, we had Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza and [went] back to dinner at Anthony’s Runway 84 just before departing from Ft. Lauderdale Airport. You are to be complimented because growing up Italian, we never ordered meatballs outside, but we tried yours for an appetizer and have had them several times.”
