The 900

Our coal fired oven is what sets us apart and gives our menu its signature coal fired flavor. Food is cooked next to the fire by 900-degree flames. Because of this strong heat, food cooks quickly and most pizzas are done after just five to six minutes.


Our streamlined menu includes our signature “well-done” pizza that can’t be replicated in other types of ovens plus coal fired chicken wings, homemade meatballs and handcrafted sandwiches and salads.
