Experienced Culinary Leader Added as Company Continues Growth and Expansion
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (January 28, 2020) – Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza (“ACFP” or “the Company”) today announced that it has appointed experienced restaurant leader Ian H. Baines as its new Chief Executive Officer.
As a classically-trained chef, Mr. Baines brings a world-class food-and-hospitality-first approach to ACFP, as well as an enduring passion for operations excellence. An industry veteran, Mr. Baines has held senior leadership positions at many iconic American restaurant brands including President and Chief Executive Officer for Uno Restaurant’s and Smokey Bones Bar and Grill, as well as several senior positions at Brinker International. Most recently, Mr. Baines served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, where he oversaw numerous years of successful performance before leading the company’s successful sale to Darden Restaurants, Inc.
