Anthony’s Serving Up Innovation For 15 Years
Pizza is as popular as ever, but as tastes evolve, consumers are clamoring for more interesting and bold toppings choices. A recent article in Restaurant Hospitality nodded to the Technomic 2016 Pizza Consumer Trend Report which showed that 39 percent of consumers (vs. 32 percent two years ago) said “new and innovative toppings are highly important in creating a good pizza.”
Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza has been serving up innovative options for guests for 15 years, including a Roasted Cauliflower Pizza. “Even the people who hate cauliflower love it,” Anthony Bruno, CEO and founder of Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, told Restaurant Hospitality. The restaurant features a variety of other unique pizzas such as the Paul & Young Ron Pizza, a Philly Cheesesteak Pizza, and is testing an Italian BLT pizza.
