Anthony’s Opens 60th Location in Farmingdale, NY
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, the South Florida-based concept that uses authentic coal-burning ovens to create “well done” pizza, debuted its seventh Long Island location in Farmingdale, NY on Monday, September 17. The new restaurant is located at 1280 Broadhollow Road, off New York 110 just north of Southern State Parkway.
Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, which includes founder Anthony Bruno and NFL Hall of Fame legend Dan Marino among several equity partners, currently has Long Island locations in Bohemia, Carle Place, Commack, Great Neck, Wantagh, and Woodbury.
A Long Island native, Bruno opened the first Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in Fort Lauderdale in 2002 and has expanded to nearly 60 restaurants throughout Florida and the northeast.
“I love Long Island and am excited to open another location in a neighborhood that knows great pizza and Italian specialties,” said Bruno. “We look forward to welcoming all our Farmingdale friends to the new restaurant.”
Hours of operation for the new location are 11:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:30 a.m. – 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. In addition to dining in, patrons can carry out by calling (631) 420-0407. A full bar will also be available.
